The terms governing klynwuu.xyz's paid 1:1 consulting services — booking, payment, rescheduling, and liability.

1. The service
klynwuu.xyz provides online, paid 1:1 consulting covering product strategy, applied AI, and organization/career development. Sessions come in two tiers — 45 minutes and 90 minutes — held online, with the meeting link sent after your booking is confirmed. Prices for each tier are the USD prices listed on /services.
2. Booking and payment
Bookings are made through Cal.com and payments are processed through Stripe's secure checkout, priced in USD. This site does not store your card details.
3. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are non-refundable once confirmed; you may reschedule once, free of charge, more than 3 days before the session starts. See the Refund & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, attend booked sessions on time, and not use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
Materials and notes provided during consultations are for your own use. Site content (text, design, code) belongs to klynwuu.xyz.
6. Disclaimer
Consulting opinions are based on the information you provide and are for reference only; they do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. The service is provided "as is".
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which the service provider resides. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
