Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-08 · Applies to every paid consulting session and Sponsor contribution on klynwuu.xyz.

All paid consulting sessions are non-refundable once payment is confirmed (no refunds). As soon as your booking is confirmed, the slot is locked and prepared for you — the time cost has already been incurred.

Rescheduling

• More than 3 days (72 hours) before the session start time: you may reschedule once, free of charge.
• Within 3 days of the start time, if no reschedule was requested and you cannot attend (including no-shows): the slot is forfeited and not refunded. If you still need the consultation, please book a new session.
• If a session is cancelled or changed for reasons on our side: you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund.

Sponsor contributions

Sponsor contributions are voluntary and, to the extent permitted by law, non-refundable.

How to reschedule

Use the Reschedule link in your Cal.com booking-confirmation email, or email me@klynwuu.xyz with the email address used for the booking and the session time. We reply within 2 business days.
